C. Stephen Lynn, an American businessman and philanthropist who spent the bulk of his career in the fast food industry, will sell his $16.3 million, three-story Nashville mansion known as “The Last Dance” to the highest bidder on June 29th through industry leader Concierge Auctions.
Lynn, who served as the chairman and CEO of the Sonic Corporation, chairman and CEO of Shoney's, CEO of Back Yard Burgers and director of distribution for Kentucky Fried Chicken, is selling the home with his wife, Milah.
Located on the most prestigious street in Belle Meade, the five-acre, gated Southern estate features wraparound porches and covered verandas, a three-level elliptical central staircase, gourmet kitchen, tennis court, heated pool, spa and more.
